“Hurricane Dorian slowed to a crawl Monday over the northwestern Bahamas, pounding Grand Bahama Island with catastrophic winds and storm surge before moving toward the southeastern U.S.”

Dear Friends,
Please pray with me for all those impacted by the horrific effects of Hurricane Dorian.
Blessings,
Pastor Basile
“God is our shelter and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not be afraid, even if the earth is shaken and mountains fall into the ocean depths; even if the seas roar and rage, and the hills are shaken by the violence.” (Psalm 46:1-3)
A Prayer
Almighty God, and creator of all, like the disciples who were caught in their tiny boat in the midst of a mighty storm, we come together to seek Your help. We are fearful as we are surrounded by danger. We feel helpless and small before the great power of this perilous time, a power which is beyond our control. While everything seems dark and dangerous, we place our trust in You, our Lord and God…May Your Divine Presence fill our dwellings in the midst of this danger. Almighty God who never sleeps nor slumbers, be with us during this time of danger. Amen.
